TAURUS Recreation Center in LINOWN, district. Drawsko Pomorskie

1. The resort provides short-term accommodation services without additional services required in the hotel facilities and is open on certain dates 24 hours a day.
2. Check-in in cottages and rooms begins on the day of arrival at. 16.00, ends on the day of departure at 11:00 a.m., at the campground the day begins and ends at 12:00 p.m.
3. Upon arrival at the Centre, a valid identity document (ID card) must be presented and presented to the Centre Administrator in order to complete the formalities related to the stay at the Centre.
4. The price of the stay does not include the local fee charged for registration activities, and transferred to the commune’s account and other additional fees set during the reservation.
5. The service consists in handing over a clean room ready for use and takes place by providing one set of keys and information about the equipment along with the technical condition of the rooms in the presence of the Center’s staff.
6. The handover of the room by the client on the day of departure takes place on the same terms as when handing over the room for use, as set out in point 6 of these Regulations.
7. Any change in the date of arrival or departure (e.g. late arrival or early departure, resignation from the stay) does not entitle to reduce the cost of the stay and to refund any funds.
8. Not agreed with the reception, it will remain on the premises of the Center after hours. 11.00 (on the last day of stay) causes the necessity to pay for the next night and does not guarantee the possibility of extending the stay.
9. Any defects resulting from the use of the room should be reported to the Center staff on an ongoing basis.
10. Comments submitted after the end of the service or on the day of departure will not be considered.
11. Vacationers bear full financial responsibility for damaged or lost items put into use.
12. Damages resulting from improper use of the rented premises caused by the fault of the users of the facility are settled on the spot, i.e. during the stay, according to the amounts established by the staff of the Center, which are sufficient to cover the costs of operation, repair the damage or purchase a lost item.
13. The center is not responsible for valuables and money left in the rooms, so you should exercise due diligence related to closing windows and doors when leaving the room.
14. The Center is quiet from 11pm to 8am. Disturbing persons will be removed from the Centre without the right to any reimbursement of previously incurred fees and any compensation.
15. It is prohibited in the facility:
    1. disturbing the peace, e.g. performing or playing loud music without the consent of the management of the Center (or during the curfew)
    2. such behavior of guests and people using the services of the Center, which may grossly disturb the peaceful stay of other guests.
16. The resort reserves the right to refuse accommodation to persons:
    1. under the visible influence of alcohol or intoxicants,
    2. which behave aggressively, in a manner commonly considered vulgar.
17. Persons who are not clients of the Center may stay on the premises of the Center only with the prior permission of the administrator of the Center and during the time set by him, for a fee of PLN 20.
18. The resort is pet-friendly, however  each arrival with a pet must be notified in advance to the administrator of the center. Owners are required to have an up-to-date vaccination booklet for their pet, clean up waste, and walk their pets outside the Center. On the premises of the Center, animals must be kept only on a leash and with a muzzle. The owners of the animals bear full responsibility for them in terms of compensation and property. Animals must not disturb the quiet of the night and the general harmony of the Resort.
19. The use of water and sports devices and equipment on the premises of the Center is solely at the clients’ responsibility. Use by children, only under the care of parents or guardians. 
20. Water baths only at your own risk, the bathing area is unguarded.
21. Entry and parking is allowed only in a place designated for this purpose and indicated by the staff of the Center. The parking lot is unguarded, and the resort is not responsible for vehicles parked on or off its premises, and is not responsible for any damage caused by third parties or force majeure (e.g. wind, storm, water, fire, electricity, etc.).
22. The stay of children and adolescents up to 18 years of age in the Center is allowed only under the care of adults.
23. The resort is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by reasons beyond its control, force majeure (e.g. wind, storm, water, fire) or for power or water outages, etc.
24. Resignation:
    1. in the event of cancellation of the service less than 30 days before the planned arrival, the amount paid for the reservation will not be refunded.
    2. in the event of resignation from the stay during its implementation, the center will not refund the fees for the services incurred.
25. It is forbidden to use your own electric devices, gas cylinders, lighting a fire outside the designated places and the use of pyrotechnics, lucky lanterns, firecrackers, etc. in the rooms. 
26. All waste from the rooms should be placed in a container located in a designated place on the premises of the Center.
27. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the entire facility (especially in rooms, houses).
28. The rules and regulations of the Center are made known by posting:  on the website 
    www.osrodektaurus.pl
     , by way of individual familiarization by the customer at the booking activity.
29. These regulations have been approved by the management of the Center and are valid from 01/06/2019.
30. Guests using the services of the Center undertake to comply with the provisions of these Regulations.
